Chabenduit
Definition :
Paste ready with employment, without cernent addition, at the acrylic copolymer base in aqueous phase.
Purpose :
CHABENDUIT is the exclusive under-coating of the process of heat insulation by outside fix-fïxed CHABISO C/F.
Description :
Product ready with employment, without addition.
Resistance, flexibility and film solidity .
Very large facilitates to application.
Very low sensitivity to water.
Support preparation :
It is imperative to sandpaper insulator (expanded polystyrene) with an abrasive plaster before the application of under-coating CHABENDUIT.
Use:
With the plaster out of plastic or stainless or by projection.
Wet and wet :
To apply a first layer (2.5 kg/m2 minimum) add the Armafas IT fibreglass strip, then to apply one second layer (1 kg/m2 minimum).
After tinte of drying : To apply a first layer (2,5 kg/m2 minimum) and add the Armafas IT fibreglass strip. Wait 12 hours and apply the second layer (1 kg/m2 minimum)
By projection : To apply with a machine to project the coatings, on the only one way of 3.5 kg/m2 minimum, add the Armafas IT fibreglass strip.
Recommendations :
Re-homogenize the paste before the use. The application of the under-coating is to realize in the most strict respect of our technical sheet, of the code of practice and the directives of the technical opinion of the CSTB.
Application temperatures between +5°C and 35°C.
Chabenduit cannot be used when it is raining or when there is a risk of rain, in full sun or wind or on damp surfaces.
