Mat Extreme
Definition
Fiat oil-based paint modified with lime, easy to spread, slightly thixotropic and odourless.
Purpose
Renovation of interior ceilings and walls, without any preparation, even on old paint and whitewash.
Description
Deep white, non-yellowing and easy to use. Odourless. Very high opacifying power. Requires no preparation on adherent surfaces. Low penetration on porous surfaces. One coat is usually sufficient. Perfect finish, with no sinkage or touch ups.
Surface preparation
Surfaces must be dry, sound and totally adherent.
Old painted surfaces: direct application after simply removing dust, with the exception of blistered or peeling areas that should be scraped.
Old unpainted surfaces: remove dust, if necessary.
New surfaces: in compliance with DTU 59.1 specifications.
Application
In one crossed coat, with a roller, brush or sprayer. If a secondcoat is required, apply it fresh, as soon as the first has dried or wait 24 hours.
Despite the absence of odour, make sure that locale is sufficiently ventilated.
Recommendations
When applying wall coverings, do not use vinyl resin adhesive (white glue) on MAT EXTREME.
